  1. Good news on the media rollbacks. Long overdue. Maybe we can actually rediscover the search for pure, unadulterated truth, not only regarding weather, but of life on earth in general.

          1. I use facts.
If you want TRUTHS see Dr. Philo Sophy down the corridor on the Left first hallway on the Right center door.
Those who took Philosophy understand what I meant.

  2. Both CBS and CNN are both undergoing significant management changes. CNN will undergo even more massive changes once Paramount takes full control. The phrase “Go Woke, Go Broke” is reality that is forcing companies to react for survival.
So we now have over 300 scientific papers proving that the Science is NOT settled.
We truly living in interesting times. Hopefully just in time. Not so much yet for Europe.

      1. I’m amazed! Not at the “truth” of your statement, but that you know what entropy means. You must have hidden depths, Waygone, like a lot of people around here.

  3. “In Canada, the federal government is cutting more than 800 positions at Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) as part of a wider plan to shrink the public service by roughly 15% over the next three years.”

WHAT??! Just how many gov’t workers does fmr. PM Trudeau and now Carney have at the ECCC? Most all of them are functionally destructive to humankind.

I wish I could say they were only dead weight but I’m sure they are all busy little beavers pushing the global warming narrative.

  4. It’s 82 in my cabin right now. I have the door and a window open and the fan on, and I even took my skirt off. Trying to take a nap, but it’s awfully hot.

    1. Is a comfortable 72 in my house. 67 this morning. I used the heat earlier to bring it up; it’s off now.

I have one more day of warm then it cools for a while.

  5. Germany’s decision to shut it’s nuclear power plants was nothing to do with concerns about global warming. It was a knee jerk reaction to the Fukushima accident (definitely not a disaster whatever the MSM say).

    1. Fukushima has been pumping radioactive water into the Pacific for over ten years. (I was too lazy to look it up, prob 20 yrs by now). You have a funny idea of what “not a disaster” is.

  6. “A recent article in The Conversation warns that layoffs could dismantle Arctic research teams studying environmental contaminants and long-term ecological trends.”

These research teams should stick purely to studying environmental contaminants as well as long-term ecological trends connected with development, hunting, etc. – and without “climate change” being shoehorned into it.

  7. Hello Cap, I have not been getting my usual Electroverse email notifications. I went back in my folder and the 10/mar/2026 notification of the switch was the last I got. I did the usual clicking to open the page up and it recognized me every step so getting into the articles is ok, just haven’t seen anything new in the email for a month now. Do I need to re-subscribe under the/a new site ? The payment(s) seem to be going through just fine. You have my log-in and email. Let me know. I want to square up and get back on track. Thanks.
