Early Frost Bites Maine; Cool Summer Finale For Europe; Brazil’s Coffee Belt To Be Hit Again; Study: Natural Warming Not Emissions; + Lowest Daily Sunspot Count Since April 2024

The Sun’s face is nearly blank — just 36 spots are visible, from just three weak groups.

  1. I’m just a casual reader, like most of us I guess but if the world average temperature drops another degree Celsius by this time next year I think it will be safe to say we are well on our way into a cold period of unknown intensity and duration.

Cap will keep us posted, much thanks, sir.

    1. Correct.
Now Cap what will be the effect of cosmic ray flux on and IN the Earth. If it is what I think it means more energy deep into the Magma and MORE Volcanoes leading to much colder times…if I am wrong Okay. But what you have taught us it a’int gonna be NICE ON EARTH!!!
More volcanic dust less Sun and more cold/snow…damn.

      1. Yes, there seems to be the correlation between weakened solar & terrestrial magnetic fields and increased cosmic ray penetration into our biosphere and below.

I don’t know the action of it but the magma seems to become more excited or perhaps even increases in volume a tiny bit…whatever, volcanic and earthquake activity increases.

Give us a couple volcanoes in the higher VE range or a whole slew of lower magnitude and the cooling will surely accelerate.

I am in wait-and-see mode. The Chinese saying “May you live in interesting times” may give us more than wanted.

        1. Well according to Valentina Zharkova she states that this solar minima called Eddy Minimum will be 10% COLDER than the MAUNDER MINIMUM plus Ice Age period. So I take her word cause 10 years ago NASA said 3-5% colder but she is better than NASA incredibly.
As you said…MAY YOU ;LIVE IN INTERESTING TIMES My Good Man!

  2. So much for “kids in Maine and in Europe just won’t know what frost is” LOL

Or “Greenland is a thing of the past” LOL
