If ya look at SO2 on Windy.com it shows the volcanic plume making the snow on the live cams and rain showers on the Westport Pacific O cam. Radar showing snow 20 miles NW of here at 6000ft up in the Olympics. Only mountain goats up there no news crews.

I’ve noticed now for years that when there’s sky-filled contrail plumes, it affects your neurological disposition (say drowsiness, low vibrations). This never happens with regular clouds.
