The Geologic record confirms climate change is a constant over the last 4.6 billion yrs. Consider that the earth has has multiple episodes of “snow ball earth” and “water world earth”, this has everything to do with the sun and other natural causes. Popular theory of human caused climate change is about controlling us (humans), not so much the climate.
Old growth lumber is better because the tree rings are thinner from the Maunder and the Dalton. Third and fourth growth trees have rings a half an inch wide. Old houses with old growth lumber have good bones.
It’s mostly tree farms here for lumber and pulp. Dougles Fir main trees planted, we produce a lot of oxygen out West from the Forests. The forest would do better without us but it’s still lots of O2. Good fresh air here. LG

In fact, Missouri is loaded with life. (I put the lobster in because it looks like a scorpion. We have scorpions. The penguin sneaked in on his own. I’ll leave him there, in case, you know, the ice age cometh).
The long-term climate of the Earth is a 2.56 million-year ice age named the Quaternary Glaciation and that won’t change until all the natural ice on Earth melts.
The World Meteorological Organization redefined “climate” to be only 30 years now, so it is just medium-term weather, which is always changing. I guess that is all the models could hope to forecast, and they haven’t even done a good job at that.
What isn’t shown in the graph of CO2 over the last 800,000 years is that CO2 FOLLOWS temperature increases.
During the glacial periods, the oceans cool down and can absorb more CO2 so the CO2 in the atmosphere drops. During warmer interglacial periods, like the present, the oceans warm up and can’t hold as much CO2 so they release CO2 into the atmosphere. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quaternary_glaciation
In the last glacial period which ended 11,700 years ago, the CO2 level dropped to 180 ppm, and the level has been dropping with each glacial period.
The Earth needs as much CO2 as it can get in the atmosphere to keep land plants and animals from going extinct due to low CO2 levels.
The interglacial periods usually last around 10,000 years so another glacial period may start at any time. The Grand Solar Minimum, which is forecast to drop temperatures by 1C and has just begun, might be the trigger for the next glacial period.
That’s normal, doesn’t mean it’s global cooling or cold from GSM no solar flares. Definitely shows Al Gore was wrong. Plenty of snow to do that. FU AG. FU !!!!
The snow is from volcanos from solar flares. Alta 600+ inchers from volcanos from solar flares. California record snow events from volcanos from solar flares. I can pull up loops of SO2 from Daily Events Worldwide youtube since the cycle started when Ice Age Now was still open. I was commenting on there showing the same thing until they killed Robert Felix with the vax three years ago. RIP, RF. A moment.
Alta has second year of 600+ inches of snow from volcanos from solar flares.
The volcanos started erupting when the cycle started and the planets were lining up for the Great Conjunction of ’20. An 800 year event. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_conjunction
When the flares quiet down the volcanos quiet down, I watchnight and day. https://www.windy.com/-Show—add-more-layers/overlays?tcso2,41.392,-126.341,4,i:pressure
The pm2.5 map was blank till the flares started. Lots of residual, all from volcanos from solar flares: https://www.windy.com/-Show—add-more-layers/overlays?cams,pm2p5,41.392,-126.341,4,i:pressure,m:eRZacwA

It’s 10:20 AM, 42F rain/wind ‘ere at sea level. 73F ‘ere next to the woodstove . LG
It got to 84 in my cabin today (in MO). Had to fire up the AC for the first time this year. The trees have not leafed out yet, so no shade. Happens every year, the sun beats down on the roof. Still got the heat on at night.
As our mag shield gets weaker it won’t be as hot because global cooling from cosmic rays. That’s why UAH GT is record low and it should get cooler now that SC25 is over. You probably won’t even need the AC this Summer, the weak mag shield will block the sun and make it even cooler.
That’s what RF promised us (or threatened us with)–cool summers. Been waiting about 20 years for his prophecy to unfold. Seems like I ought to get one good thing out of all this apocalyptic mishmosh.
As long as it doesn’t rain every day, I’ll be a happy camper. Finally.
The weak magnetic field allows more cosmic rays to strike the atmosphere causing more high-level clouds and they reflect the sunlight back into space
The magnetic field of the sun also shields the planets from very high energy intergalactic cosmic, which also generates high-level clouds, and it is weakening with the GSM that has just started.
Wait a sec, It was all sarcasm. The weak mag shiels lets in more solar activity and makes it hotter. UAH GT is record warm on the chart , cosmic rays didn’t do squat. Temp went up in ’16 and ’20 when RF was still open for biz negating the myth , I was reading on there every day since ’12.. Record hot /dry here last three summers from solar flares hitting the weak mag shield.

Wish I were there –I remember very clearly the look and feel and smell of the Northwest –but it seems we don’t get to do what we want to, do we?
MOOve to India and worship cattle.

If I can’t make it back to the Northwest, I doubt I could make it to India.
Assuming I wanted to.
Which I don’t.
We have very nice cows here, by the way. They are quite picturesque, and very tasty.
Grilling season is almost here.

Land plants need at least 150 ppm of CO2 for photosynthesis. If CO2 levels drop below 150 ppm the land plants die and the land animals die with them.

The last full glaciation ended 19 thousand years ago.
The Younger Dryas very cold period only happened because of a comet strike.
9 AM, it’s 20F and still snowing on the Summit at Crystal Mtn ski area. Lifts are open, it’s been snowing for days:

Wait a sec, how would a WEAK mag shield block the sun?
The weak magnetic field allows more cosmic rays to strike the atmosphere causing more high-level clouds and they reflect the sunlight back into space
The magnetic field of the sun also shields the planets from very high energy intergalactic cosmic, which also generates high-level clouds, and it is weakening with the GSM that has just started.
I get it. An indirect effect.
