Re: arctic sea ice. A few years ago the Danes removed a couple of billion cubic? kilometres from their sea ice volume charts. Anyone know if they adjusted the previous averages? Looks a bit off.
Their graph for Greenland -> Surface Conditions -> Run off finishes in 2018 (on a multi-year low). I’ve contacted them twice about this, but received no response.
I’m considering defecting to the global warming camp. The thermometer that measures the outside temp of my vehicle says it’s 91F. The one on my porch says 98F. Either way, that’s normal for July or August, not April.
Things are going the wrong way. If I could, I’d go watch whales for the summer.
A mini killer whale?
Your idea of a joke?
They don’t attack people, do they?
It’s not yet time for me to leave this place, but the winds of change are beginning to blow through my life.
Big Bear, my semi-feral friend, was a concern. I couldn’t see leaving him, but I couldn’t take him with me. He was getting old and needed me. He proved that by coming to me when he was dying. Now he is no longer an obstacle to my leaving. He was here when I got here, eight years ago. He looked like a miniature panther when I first saw him. It’s amazing he survived so long in the wild.
I admire survivors. But our times are in God’s hands, and when it’s time to go, it’s time to go.
Don’t know where I’m going next. Maybe to live with my daughter, maybe to watch whales, lol. God will tell me when the time comes.
Every time you say Mercury is in retrograde, you make me think of astrology. Can you expound on your caution against making big decisions at that time? Are you speaking from a scientific viewpoint or from a New Age Woo Woo viewpoint?

God is putting the pieces in place.

An Orca tail is wider than the mini is long.
I was right. You do know everything about everything.
But can you bake a good loaf of bread 🍞?
Used to, out of practice. Too easy to buy it, put extra in the freezer. I just bought more flour and stuff though just in case. And cornbread mix.
Mercury in retrograde now means don’t make big decisions. Again in Aug and Dec. Always volatility, last Dec caused the big solar flares. Polarities in the same position as last month’s X flares.
