You are a profesional cherry picker and you are always doing the same thing underestimating the heat episodes and doing the opposite with the cold ones. This is a complete joke.
I am comfortable with this “cherry picking” approach. I like the electroverse.info observations to balance information that I received from other sources.
I would argue that the data supporting global warming is cherry picked as well, everything from the location of thermometers in major urban areas, to the “integration” of large surface areas to a couple of of recording areas. Everything is geared towards bumping temperatures up to support the narrative. We never hear about the record cold temperatures or record snowfall in the news only heat events. Would like to see more research dollars spent to refute the global warming hypothesis rather than to prove it.
Kinda hard to ignore SMB data for entire continents. At least there are cherries to pick. The boiling oceans crowd was predicting all the cold cherries would be gone years ago.

Sorry cherry picking is what the alarmists are famous for. This is Just another normal weather event that happens cyclically. However one thing the alarmists haven’t managed to cherry pick are boiling temperatures. But the real scientists have observed seriously negative temperatures.

Weather is interesting. This new funky jet stream flow is very unique (during my 15 or so years of observation). Bizarre that record freeze on one side of Canada and +5 and rain forecast for Iqaluit, NU (located in the NE of Canada).

The media absolutely LIVES to report that it is X degrees above average and becomes orgasmic when there are multiple, consecutive days above average, but there is deafening silence when the temperature is X degrees below average. And I have yet to see a media outlet go into hyperdrive reporting multiple, consecutive days below normal. We have had MULTIPLE days below average temperature in my area, and not a single media outlet has gone into a frenzy about it, unlike they ALL DID during the past summer’s heat. It’s only when the cold is extreme that the media deals with the cold. My area’s average low temperature for this time of the year is low to mid 40s Fahrenheit. Texas is about to get blasted with its 2nd Arctic Blast in 3 years, and I’m expecting lows of 15-19 Fahrenheit.
This all sounds very interesting and all. Only thing I must see is more record cold and snow for the Eastern US. It’s always everywhere but here lately! As soon as we experience more bitter cold and snow a little further east, I’ll invest $5 for this site. But I need some more action.
Watched the Texas governor in a press conference about the upcoming freeze.. The ercot controlled texas power grid & the governor
sobered up following the 2021 freeze. They are aware that in the wake of the cold snap wind production will be greatly reduced. Solar is only a summer time booster. When you have a nation wide freeze every power grid is taxed so
outside help becomes complicated. Fortunately for this coming freeze the moisture
won’t be present so winter effects will just be cold air. The Texas governor won’t ban gas stoves and heaters. Cares too much about the citizens of Texas.
