Folks in England are indeed suffering from the cold weather. However the unspoken issue is that the powers in control have force electric rates so high folks cannot afford to warm their homes. Many can only afford to warm one room, and that for only part of the day. The Green Agenda is already killing folks due to the inability to get warm. Odd sounding isn’t it?
They gave up their RIGHTS to bow to a Monarchy. To bad So sad. America on the other hand has Politicians threatening to Nuke and use F-15 fighters on American Citizens who disagree with them (Swalwell, Biden who has the Codes, etc) BUT they are truly terrified of an ARMED Citizens. GOOD.

Look on Windy temp map, the big heatwave going up into Russia, UK in the cold front. Normal thermodynamics, heat going up center of mass and cooler air replacing that. Prior to WW1, UK was top dog from the Coal Age WW1 was about securing oil and UK did great with BP in the new Oil Age. WW2 was about securing oil. WW3 same same. Same War Map, same families running the show. This time Russia has hypersonic weapons and said stop attacking us or we are going to blow you off the map but UK keeps bombing Russia. Cold is the very least of UK’s problem, very lucky not to get blown off the map today.
You could get hypothermia at a steady 55F, especially if you have poor circulation. That’s 40+ degrees below normal body temp. Maybe younger people could handle it but I turn my heat on if it gets below 70 at home.
Do you really think those fools will start up WWIII, knowing everyone will get blown off the map if they do?
Is UK actually bombing Russia? I’m not very plugged in, but people around me are, and I haven’t heard anything about it.
I got a free stack of wood pallets today to stack my new firewood on. I never thought I could get this lucky to actually find 10 free wood pallets. I also picked off three Madrona Tree limbs and put them in water to see if they root. Also some Sitka Roses, I know they will. I’ve been trying different native plants for cuttings to see what works. Way easier than digging up plants. Two kinds of Huckleberries are doing great. It’s misleading to compare the average temperature for the first 10 or 11 days of June with the average for the whole month in previous years as it’s almost certain that the second half of the month will be warmer than it has been up to now pushing up the average for the month as a whole. Yes it’s been cooler than average but 2 or 3 degrees below average sounds about right, there’s no sign of any real warmth in the next couple of weeks so the monthly average will be well below average but it’s unlikely to be one of the 20 coolest Junes in the long running CET dataset.
I sometimes think most people do not get the concept of “average”. If you measure the temp at 9am, for instance, every day in June, and the temp on the 1st is 2degrees below normal, then you know you will have to measure at least one day with a temp at least 2degrees above normal for the monthly temp for 9am to average out to “normal”, which our new word for “average”.
It’s no big deal that a given day’s temp is above or below average or normal. In fact, it almost always will be.
And as you pointed out, the latter part of June will almost always be warmer than the first part. But people with an agenda have pushed this term “normal” on us to make it easier to manipulate the people by suggesting that temps that are not exactly average are “abnormal”, when that may not be the case at all.

I never heard of a Madrona tree before. What are they good for?
I’m a firm believer in encouraging native plants, but I stick mainly to edible and medicinal ones.
I love purely decorative plants, ie flowers, but don’t feel at this age and the state of the world that I should waste resources on them.
I hope in the next life He will bless us with another version of the Garden of Eden.
