I’m guessing that you wanted the word “ballot” which usual refers to a paper submitted to a “ballot box” during some kind of election/survey. Just guessing.
Do you think the Western Leaders will be presenting their climate ideas during a “ballet dance,” while wearing toe-shoes?

Still waiting for the first frost here in the NE. This fall has been anomalously warm just like the NOAA predicted, probably the warmest since the last 5-6 years. I’m sure it has something to do with the remnants of Hunga Tunga and the fact that we are in solar maximum.
The Old Farmer’s Almanac is more accurate than NOAA. NOAA always predicts it will be warmer than average. Sooner or later it is. Gee willikers. A new prophet is born. Since when did NOAA ever predict that a season would be colder than average? 1979? And they were wrong…..
Atlantic O 80F off N Carolina, same as Hawaii. Another hurricane forecast to hit Florida next Tuesday. NW US getting hit by leftover typhoons from Philippines, two more new cyclones going into Philippines and Taiwan now will be here next week. Flooding. If we get snow it melts in the warm fronts. No frost here yet at sea level West of Seattle.
