plans to cope with a frozen world?
The elites are digging in, like Zuckerberg, so I think that tells you something. They have no plans to officially warn the general public.

Finally the cold air has advected east into the Tri cities area. 21F now in East Tennessee at noon. Had some wet snow yesterday, but at least the cold air got here. It took some time because we were on the eastern edge of the winter storm warning area. The coldest air remained west of my area yesterday where Nashville only reached 14 F. That will make up for X’MAS finally!!
Hardly any news about winters situation in North America in Dutch msm because they are busy trying to figur out. Funny to see how they try to link this cold blast to global warming otherwise the money is gone. Try to stay informed by watching cnn,nbc,abc for scientific weather news and by your self solapannels and a windmill in the backyard for vey sheep energie all year round. Those guys at or in the ipcc are not grazy dispite what those idiots at cnn are saying about everybody who is denying AGW. CNN is a very good station for unbiased news in war and weather.

Metcalfe County KY got 4″ snow and right now…5:35pm CST it is … 8°F and going Down to 0°F…or lower🥶😉👍🇺🇸
