It is amazing that even though the benefits are confirmed by the impact of Carbon sequestration on the 130 year old forest, those studying cannot see the benefits of the “forest for trees”, which will eventually die releasing the carbon captured. The intricacies of how all of Creation works is just mind blowing, yet these “experts” lack the grounded humility needed to rightly make statements of fact. The statement, “root exudation”, gave me an immediate picture of a simple yet brilliant system of rooting pathways, massive to microscopic, that “do the work” of which those that research barely scratch the surface of appreciating. This under appreciated Creation was built robust, and yet, man still thinks that his tiny imprint is worthy of a throne.
