I visited Tuvalu a dozen years ago, at a time of a King Tide. Water was bubbling out of the ground around the airport and a plane load of Japanese journalist were trashing their carbon footprint by flying around to document the death throes of the island. My wife, a Cosatal Geomorphologist and long-time Pacific expert, sipped the water. Guess what, it was fresh. Far from the sea inundating the island it was just the bubble of fresh water which enabled people to survive on such islands and which being less dense floats on seawater, being pushed up by the very high tide. Furthermore, Funafuti airport was built from a mangrove swamp in WW2 and is barely above sea level anyway.
I visted the library and found a journal of the Sydney Geographic Society expedition of 1896, seeking to drill the coral to see how deep it was. After eight years, numerous drill breakages and lack of funds they gave up. They were at 1014 feet and still in coral. Coral forms at the surface. Join the dots.
Indeed Alby. It has been instructive to watch the destruction of trust in science led by the antics of AGW brigade. It seems that any science that involves vast amounts of money is corrupted and its priests untrustworthy.
I tracked the height of the runway above sea level at Funafuti (NGFU) for some years. However it was repaired and resurfaced some years back so that was not a goer. It is currently listed as 9 Feet ASL. I assumed someone was checking the sea level but on consideration they probably aren’t.
They will answer to God, if not in this lifetime, they’ll for sure spend eternity suffering torment in hellfire and all that wealth they’ve amassed through slaughter of innocents will increase their torment forever.

His highest creation, Lucifer, wanted to be God himself, taking 1/3 of the hosts of Heaven with him in his rebellion. Lucifer fell into everything that opposes God – evil. I just listened to David DuByne and Mike Adams talk about this October four gas giant planet in our solar are going to face off each other and cause a lot of magnetic disturbance and the trouble it will cause, good time for the Beaufort Gyre to go in my opinion. This part starts about 3 inches out from the beginning. I have heard the timing is the 24 th.
I think that calling the Covid vaccines a bioweapon is a massive exaggeration. Yes they were far worse than Covid itself, although possibly not for very old or imunosuppresed people but in terms of reducing the global population they’ve had virtually no noticeable effect. In the past year or so it’s become very hard to find estimates of the number of deaths that could well be vaccine related, even on sceptical websites/blogs, but in 2023 I saw various estimates and non of them put the global death toll at more than 10 million (out of a global population of close to 8 billion). Obviously every death is a tragedy and the people responsible for coercing people into have a vaccine they new, or should of known, had serious/deadly side effects should be brought to justice. However if the vaccines were planned depopulation then they’ve failed, probably less than 0.1% of the global population killed and perhaps a small decrease in fertility.
You certainly seem to be. I’m glad someone is, because I am not. I think the fun stopped for me when I was no longer able to take long walks. Like I said, it doesn’t take much to make me happy, but I can’t seem to get what little I need anymore. And I can’t figure out if that is due to the world’s deterioration or my own. Maybe both. Or does the crumbling effect of old age cause me to perceive the world around me as crumbling as well? I doubt 20 year olds see it that way.
I was never worried about warming or polar bears or penguins or the GBR or sinking islands. I worked outside my whole life and warming was a running joke in the Winter out working in the snow in Seattle. What’s new?

the coral islands of Micronesia, in large part, have grown in height to keep up with the rise in sea level after the main glacial melt some 13,000 years ago; under it all is a bedrock base, probably a seamount; basic physical geography. All things being equal, a healthy coral island will keep up with sea level rise and be eroded if sea level falls. Coral is alive and seeks to live in the shallow waters around these islands no matter the sea level. The recent research actually measuring the areal extent of many of these islands from actual satellite observations shows that they are largely static with some increasing and others decreasing. My guess is that it is man-made shoreline changes that control much of the change since sea level is not changing much right now.

Low pressure area off Kamchatka volcanos now from the solar flares. The low pressure area moves into the Bering Sea tomorrow night and hits Nome on Thursday night. Same pattern now last few years these cyclones push the jet steam up and all the precip goes to Alaska and the North BC Coast. The low pressure is also pulling warm air up the Asian coast and another typhoon is going into Japan. The typhoon’s moisture ends up going up into the cyclones in Alaska from Kamchatka and the precip hits up North not down here NW US.

You certainly seem to be. I’m glad someone is, because I am not. I think the fun stopped for me when I was no longer able to take long walks.
