Who ever was in this litigation, they should file an appeal. Is a fair trial even possible when all western world governments have been pouring out global warming propaganda for three and a half decades? Of course

But now, in their world heat causes snow so how do you lose?
Looking at Dr. Mann’s research, I understand (now) that he believes CO2 emissions are driving global warming which aligns with the consensus view. Is there really enough data to support this view? I think that there is a lot of data that indicate better modeling and longer observations are still required.
When you deal with evil, opposites occur: right is left, up is down, wrong is right, and truth is false. That’s the way the game is played. Thankfully, Cap has truth. People here is Western North Carolina are on the warming bandwagon. HOWEVER, Asheville bought 5 new total Electric Buses, and…3 do not function at all. AND, the company that built the buses went BANKRUPT! Spent 5 million dollars on those. Well, this IS a blue city.
OH: no one seems to believe that Oslo Norway electric buses don’t work in sub zero temps. Or that the EV cars in NYC had problems charging. All kinds of excuses about how great these EVs are. Yeah, right. The HUGE amount of pollution produced to make these things is terrible. yup. Ignore that as long as there is no smoke coming from the tailpipe, EVs are good. Thanks for the rant.

The main drivers of earth’s climate are the Sun, the oceans and water vapor. CO2 is a minor actor.

Cyclone pulls cold air down and snow forecast NE US and SE Canada. Another cyclone forecast off Boston Saturday night bumps up to 121mph.
