Did Michael Mann ever pay the court related fees to the late Dr Timothy Ball after that 2011 court case was dismissed due to the extended delays? Mann was tasked to present evidence supporting his hockey stick plots which never happened. The delays caused the case dismissal. Mann was supposed to have paid the court costs for Dr. Ball but hadn’t right up to the Doctors passing in 2022.
Made me smile and laugh when I read the headline about Mann, could not happen to a more deserving piece of pond scum. Now yank the lawyers law licenses.

We have not had a summer yet, rain and rain with force 8 to force 10 winds. There have been 8 people buried in separate landslides.
I will not allow you to have longer daylight hours this year.

Well, Moffin, ” us fellas” in my neck of the woods did not get over 5°F today. I spent a large part of the day sweeping 8″ of snow off my porches, steps and stepping stones and putting out ice melt over them. I also melted one gallon of water from snow because I’m not going to be able to go get water any time soon. I have drinking water in bottles stockpiled, but don’t want to employ it for other uses. By the time I finished all that, I was ready for a nap, and yes, I did remember to go inside before I laid down.
I’m glad to say that we do not have landslides here, but every area has its own particular disasters
We have already gained half an hour of daylight. We’re on a roll, and I’d like to see you stop us now.

Not a penny. Mann ignored the ruling. Ball lost his house defending himself against the false accusation. He had a heart attack and later died.
I have little regard for Mann. He probably counted Ball dying as a win. The same as he would if Steyn were to pass.
Steyn already had a cardiac event from all the stress.

PS I wouldn’t call our current cold spell catastrophic, I’d call it normal. This is, after all, January
