Why did the snow pack graph jump from middle to above the whole gray area? I think its actually higher along the whole length!

No Juneau received 82 inches of snow in December 2025.
I remember that record being posted very clearly from the NWS right after the New year.
No corrections are allowed. The initial report of 82 inches for December 2025 was correct. There is NO reason to believe any updates with the intention to downgrade snowfall depths later in the future. That is a typical agenda by NOAA.
