If the Eddy Minimum progresses the way many people, including the good professor, think, we may well get Maunder conditions or worse.
All the news about snow does not seem to align with this graph:

I wonder if the coming years will have general N Hemisphere temperature conditions falling to Dalton Minimum levels…
It is so cold in many areas, maybe the Dalton level is already reached this winter.
